Small batch artisan beverages

A collection of fine beverages, inspired by the breath-taking valley view from our farm on Kingston Hill, once land befit for Saxon Kings.

Kingston is derived from the meaning of ‘King’s farm and manor’ Once owned by Saxon kings before it was finally granted to the Abbess ‘Lady ‘of Shaftesbury. Who also owned the valley mound before William the Conqueror persuaded her to swap it for a church in Gillingham. In 1086 Corfe Castle was built in the heart of the Purbeck isle.

Provenance

The Kingshill Collection is entirely made from our orchards and locally grown fruit. Ensuring only the highest quality fruit with little environmental impact through minimal food miles from field to press.

Tradition

Much of the fruit makes the short trip up through the historic village of Corfe Castle to be pressed on our farm at Kingston, where the remaining fruit is selected from the orchard. Produced using only single pressed fruit, crafted and bottle conditioned using small batch and innovative techniques including ‘methode Champenoise’.
