We invite you to bring your surplus garden/orchard fruit. It will be pressed, fermented and left to mature until the Spring when it will become part of the 2027 People's Choice Charity Cider.
Raising money for the communities chosen charity at Apple Day 2026.
How Apple Exchange Works
Our Apple Drop will be located at the front of the farm where we will weigh in your fruit and give you tokens to the market value of the fruit.
Your tokens can be donated or used in the taproom as currency on the day.
We can only accept fruit on the day to ensure we press all garden fruit together for our People's Choice blend.
Apple Identification
Not sure what you are growing in the garden? Bring one specimen to the taproom to meet our local apple expert. He will talk you through the origins of your fruit and give insight into how to care for it.
Who is the People's Choice Charity?
Every year visitors to Apple Day will get to suggest charities and the community will vote on which will be supported by the People's Choice Cider for the coming year.
Our 2026 Charity- Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance will be joining us at Apple Day 2026 to share the work they do and receive their donation.

Apple Day FAQ's
Are Dogs Allowed?
Yes, in the main taproom area. please keep them on leads and do not take them into the orchards.
Can we bring other fruit?
Only Apples and Pears can be used for this cider product.
Does it cost anything to go?
It is free to attend this family friendly event.
Is there anything for children?
Yes, lots! Traditional garden games, live music, apple juice, orchard walks, harvest and pressing demonstrations.
