Purbeck Cider Cocktails- The Gin Blush

The Gin Blush

      To celebrate international cocktail day on 13th May we headed to the bar at the Dorset Cider Farm to bring you the first of our cider cocktails for the season- The Gin Blush.

Or, if you want to try making it at home then here is the recipe:

25ml Gin of your choice- we used Tanqueray

25ml Tonic Syrup- we used Jack Rudy

¼ lime squeezed

125ml Dorset Blush (or if you want it still- Bushey Berry)

Method:

Muddle together with ice and pour over ice in a high ball or ½ pint glass. Add some fresh or frozen berries to serve.

The Gin Blush cocktail will be available at the Dorset Cider Farm for the rest of May- just ask at the bar!
